In compliance with Circular No. 14/2017/TT-NHNN, we would like to inform that the following change in interest calculation shall take effect from 1/1/2018. This will apply to both new deposit and lending transaction.

Circular 14 has amended the relevant statutory definition of a year from 360 days to 365 days. Therefore, as from effective date, the interest shall be calculated on 365-day year basis.
