In compliance with Circular No. 49/2018/TT-NHNN, we would like to inform that the following adjustment in processing of time deposit which takes effect from 5/7/2019.
Customer who apply to make a time deposit with China Construction Bank Corporation HCMC Branch is required to sign a time deposit agreement with the bank. The rights and obligations of both parties are agreed and executed in accordance with the time deposit agreement. The sample of time deposit agreement is detailed in the attached file named ‘Time Deposit Agreement’. Customer is expected to find guidelines in the “GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON TIME DEPOSIT ACCOUNTS” of this agreement for the following:
1.Procedures for taking and payout of time deposit between the credit institution and customers;
2.Method offered to customers to access to time deposit accounts: Customers could look up information related to time deposits via hotline: 028.38270315. After verifying the information of the customer, the teller feedback the related information to the customer, the conversation will be recorded to ensure service quality.
3.Actions against the case where the agreement on time deposit is crumpled, torn, or lost etc.

Drawing before maturity date of a time deposit, if any, the interest rate is the same as current deposit.
Interest rate is the subject to the latest rate published by the bank.
