NOTICE ON SUSPENSION OF ACCOUNT SERVICES

DUE TO EXPIRED DOCUMENT INFORMATION

    According to the Circular No. 17/2024/TT-NHNN of the State Bank of Vietnam, starting from January 1st, 2025, our bank will SUSPEND all payment and cash withdrawal transactions via payment accounts if identification documents of customers and relevant persons are expired.  For corporate customers, relevant persons include the legal representative, chief accountant and authorized persons. The identification documents of the relevant persons include: ID for Vietnamese citizens, passport for foreigners; in case of foreign residents in Vietnam, an additional entry visa is required.

  To avoid disruptions to your regular business operations, please promptly review and update relevant identification information. If your documents are nearing expiration, please expedite the renewal process and submit the updated documents to our bank in a timely manner to ensure uninterrupted use of your account services.
