Job title: Deputy General Manager

Job description:

-Developing overall strategic planning, manage and be responsible for all operations at CCB - HO CHI MINH CITY BRANCH;

-Internal management involves developing and implementing human resource management strategies and developing human resources in line with operational goals;

-Developing an external management strategy, understanding domestic and international market trends, and outlining short-term and long-term business development directions for CCB - HO CHI MINH CITY BRANCH;

-Assist the General Manager in issuing the programs and operational plans for the Board of Manager;

-On behalf of the General Manager, managing the operations of CCB - HO CHI MINH CITY BRANCH through temporary authorization when the General Manager is absent from the office, including supervising the workflow of internal and external operational departments;

-Researching and analyzing competitors and the competitive market, and proposing suitable products to serve customers;

-Advising the General Manager on solutions for maintaining and developing CCB - HO CHI MINH CITY BRANCH overall;

-Organizing training and development programs for human resources and corporate culture to build a sustainable brand;

-Building trustworthy relationships with key partners and stakeholders; representing the General Manager in contacting domestic and international clients and relevant local authorities.

Requirements:

-Bachelor"s degree from a foreign university in Business Administration, International Economics, Finance, Banking, Human Resources Law, or Commercial Law.

-At least proven 3-year experience in the same position as Deputy General Manager, or Head of Operations at overseas banks.

-Be fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese skills for internal communication, international partners and clients.

-Others (if any): In-depth understanding of banking operations and processes, including finance, risk management, financial management, and banking services and products; Understanding of banking regulations and industry standards, including State Bank regulations and international regulations; Ability to analyze data and information to make strategic decisions and implement improvements to banking operations; Strong leadership skills, acumen, and flexibility; Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under high pressure.

Working period: expected October 01, 2026 – September 30, 2028. Any changes (if any) of the working period will be discussed during the interview.

Benefits:

-Salary: 130,000,000 VND/month.

-Other benefits according to Vietnam Labor Law and the internal policies.
